3. Contact form

The contact form uses server-side WordPress processing. After the required fields are completed and consent is confirmed, the data is sent to the website server to create and email the enquiry to office@binjaminov.ru. The enquiry content is not stored in the website database. The server temporarily processes the sender’s IP address for no more than 60 seconds as part of the anti-repeat submission mechanism. The operator’s email is hosted by Beget LLC; the resulting message may remain in the mailbox according to the actual mail settings and the operator’s retention rules. Visitor analytics, advertising pixels and third-party tracking systems are not used.

4. Information not to submit

Do not use the public form for special-category or biometric data, passwords, access codes, payment-card details, unnecessary third-party information or documents requiring special confidentiality. The operator will agree a suitable channel and scope separately when needed for a legal engagement.

5. Legal grounds and consent

The ground is determined for each purpose: consent; a contract or steps requested before a contract; statutory duties; or another ground under Article 6 of Law No. 152-FZ. Withdrawal ends processing based on consent unless another legal ground applies. Separate consent for information submitted in the form appears at Personal data processing consent. A representative must have authority to consent for another person. Marketing messages are not a purpose of the form and require separate prior consent.

6. Recipients and processors

Access is limited to the operator and people who need it for the stated purpose. Potential recipients include email and hosting provider Beget LLC (Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «Бегет»), 195112, St Petersburg, 8B Karla Faberge Square, office 726A, to the extent necessary to provide hosting and email services. No other processors are used unless expressly stated in the current version of this policy. Processors must be engaged under documented instructions covering purpose, data, operations, confidentiality and security. Data may be disclosed to authorities or courts where required by law. Personal data is not sold or shared for third-party marketing.

7. Data location and international transfers

For Russian citizens’ data collected online, initial recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating and retrieval must use databases in Russia, subject to statutory exceptions. Hosting and email are provided through Beget LLC. Based on the operator’s current service configuration, the relevant services are located in the Russian Federation. The website does not carry out cross-border transfers of personal data. If a provider or configuration changes in a way that may involve a cross-border transfer, the operator will assess the applicable legal requirements before the transfer.

8. Cookies, analytics and logs

Visitor analytics, advertising pixels and third-party tracking systems are not used. WordPress technical cookies may be used only in the administrative area for login and security. Beget LLC may maintain technical logs as part of its hosting service. This policy will be reviewed before analytics or other third-party technologies are introduced.

9. Retention and erasure

Data is retained only for the stated purpose, agreement or legal requirement. When the purpose ends, consent is withdrawn without another ground, or unlawful/excessive processing is found, data is restricted while necessary checks are made and then erased or anonymised under the operator’s procedure. Enquiries that do not result in a contractual relationship and no longer require retention are erased or anonymised after the processing purpose ends without undue delay. Technical logs are retained by the hosting provider for the period necessary to operate and secure the service and are then deleted under the provider’s procedures. Records required by law or needed for a dispute may be kept for the applicable period.

10. Security

The operator must apply necessary and sufficient legal, organisational and technical measures against unlawful or accidental access, alteration, disclosure, restriction, copying, provision, distribution or destruction. Actual controls must match the processing arrangements and be documented in internal procedures. They may include access management, confidentiality, account/device protection, updates and incident response, only where actually implemented. For an incident involving unlawful or accidental disclosure of personal data, the operator sends an initial notice to Roskomnadzor within 24 hours and investigation results within 72 hours where required by law.

11. Your rights and requests

You may request information and access, correction, restriction or erasure where lawful, withdraw consent, object where the law allows and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. Send a request titled “Personal data” to office@binjaminov.ru by email to office@binjaminov.ru. The operator may request information reasonably needed to verify identity or authority. Statutory deadlines apply; the general response period is 10 business days and may be extended by up to 5 business days with reasons where permitted.

12. Automated decisions and children

The website does not make decisions with legal effects solely through automated processing. The form is not intended to collect children’s data. If the operator learns that such data was received without a lawful ground, it will take steps required by law.
